ポーランドの西部にあるボレスワビエツは13世紀に設立されたこの街は、長年の陶器作りの伝統と伝統的な旧市街があります。
ここで作られる陶器は職人の手によりひとつひとつ手作りされ、絵柄は模様をスタンプしたり絵筆で描き込んだりして生まれています。
欧米では、伝統的なポーランド陶器のことをポーリッシュポタリーと呼び、温かみのあるかわいい食器として親しまれています。
